Where are your lavender products grown and distilled?
All of our signature lavender products are crafted using organic lavender grown and steam-distilled right here on our historic farm in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Are Los Poblanos beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical practices. All of our apothecary products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
What is your return policy for apothecary items?
Due to the artisanal nature of our small-batch beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Farm Shop team to initiate a return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our farm products within the United States and to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Are your skincare products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with natural botanicals and essential oils. However, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page and performing a patch test if you have known sensitivities.
